Description

This course is delivered by Steve Dawson, president of the Dawson Forensic Group where he details the absolute necessities of designing internal controls.  Steve is not only a CPA, he is also a CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner) and spends his days investigating fraud.  Steve goes over several frauds that he has investigated and describes how they were committed and what might have worked best to prevent the fraud from occurring in the first place.  If you are charged with designing internal controls for your organization and you need to know the bare-bones absolutes that have to exist to have an effective set of internal controls and preventative measures against fraud, this is the course for you.
