Description

Purpose of Balanced Scorecard is to successfully implement Strategy in order to achieve organizational goals. This module will: Review aspects of strategy to better understand how Balanced Scorecard supports strategy. Stress importance of a clearly defined strategy so Balanced Scorecard will create proper performance measures Discuss how Balanced Scorecard is part of a Performance Management System Show how organizational strategy relates to department and process strategies Overview how to create a good strategy.
