Bryan L. Wilton, CPA, is the vice president of LBMC Technology Solutions, LLC, where he provides leadership and strategic direction to the sales team and the entire ERP practice.
For the past 25 years, Wilton has been a speaker for Microsoft Corporation, the Kansas Society of CPAs, the Texas Society of CPAs, the Michigan Association of CPAs and the Houston CPA Society. In addition, he spent five years on staff of Park University (Parkville, MO) providing instruction in tax, accounting, and technology coursework.
Wilton holds CPA licenses in Texas, Michigan, Missouri, and Kansas, and holds the Certified Information Technology Professional issued by the American Institute of CPAs. In addition, Wilton is a Microsoft Certified Professional, and Microsoft Business Solutions Specialist.

Mr. Freeman is the managing member of Freeman Law, PLLC, a tax, white-collar, and litigation boutique law firm based in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. He is a trial attorney, author, adjunct professor at SMU’s School of Law, and licensed CPA. Mr. Freeman handles federal and state tax controversies and white-collar civil and criminal matters—including computer hacking, money laundering, embezzlement, bank fraud, tax evasion, securities and health care charges, and conspiracy. He also advises clients in tax planning and compliance matters.
Jodi Ann Ray began her tenure as president & CEO of the Texas Society of CPAs in 2017. She has over 24 years of experience in association management and served as a vice president for Meeting Professionals International (MPI) prior to joining TXCPA.
