  • Developed breakthrough methods of tying KPIs to employee compensation incentive plans using activity based costing and economic value added concepts.  Developed and implemented processes for billion-dollar transactional processing centers that significantly enhanced efficiency and internal controls
  • Served audit clients for nine years with KPMG and Deloitte
  • Member of the executive board of the Utah Association of CPAs; Past president of its southwest Utah chapter
